Connecting the ProMark3 with a Motorola V195/ MOTO RZR with T-

Mobile Activation

* ProMark3 OS F/W 2.13 / EBoot V1.19 / GPS FW Version P008 / Base Map V2.01*

Note: Steps 1-7 are done once to setup your specific telephone . Thereafter, you will

start at Step 8 for your connection.

Step 1

On the Motorola V195:

 Turn on the Motorola V195 and Press the circular center (Menu/Select) button:

♦ Go to Settings icon (screwdriver and wrench picture) and press Select key

♦ Go to Connection Icon and press Menu/Select key

♦ Highlight the Bluetooth icon and press Menu/Select key

♦ Go to Setup, Set Power to “On”

♦ Name the phone something recognizable like “MOTOJOE”

♦ Back - PREPARE TO PRESS Find Me (Select) BUT NOT YET.

Step 2

On the ProMark3:

 Settings – Bluetooth Manager (wait for it to load, may take 15 seconds or so.)

 Press Select “Find Me” on the Motorola phone now.

 Tap the “Flashlight” to search for your MOTO. At the end of the sequence, look for the phone

icon in the BlueTooth Manager Window.

 Tap and HOLD the phone icon

♦ Select Pair

♦ Enter a one or two digit number (suggest 00) for the PIN on the MMCE (activate the

keyboard for this)

♦ The MOTO will request ”Bond with WindowsCE?” Press “Yes”

♦ Enter the same PIN number as above – “OK”.

♦ When the MOTO and the MMCE have been successfully paired, there will be a yellow

circle with a black padlock over the named phone icon on your ProMark3.

Step 3

For next step it is imperative you leave the phone on but on the ProMark3, X out of Bluetooth

Manager and Control Panel, shut the ProMark3 off through “Full Shut down Mode” then restart

the PM3 and re-enter Bluetooth Manager.

Step 4

 Tap the “Flashlight” to bring up the Paired and named phone icon and wait for it to finish

searching.
