Operating in the 4.9 GHz licensed spectrum, the PTP 49400 bridges give public safety officials the mission-
critical reliability, throughput, bandwidth and quality of service they require for applications, such as on-
scene streaming video, Internet and database access and transfers of maps, blueprints, medical files and
missing-person images.
PTP 500 Series Solutions:
The PTP 500 Series wireless Ethernet bridges operate in the 5.4 and 5.8 GHz bands. These solutions are
an excellent choice when a PTP 400 solution does not provide enough throughput and a PTP 600 solution
provides more than is needed. The current models available within the PTP 500 family of products are:
