7.1.2Call-OutModesInteraction
Call-Outfeatureoperationisdifferentinothermodes:
•TXIMode—youcanreadthemessagebutyoucannotrespondtoit.YouhaveanoptiontoleavetheTXI
ModebypressingsoftkeyorrejecttheCall-Outmessage.
•DMOMode—Call-Outisnotsupported.
•EmergencyMode—allCall-outalertsareignored.
7.1.3Call-OutServicePhases
IntheCall-Outmodetherearefollowingphases:
•Alertingphase—receivesaCall-Outmessage.Thealarmtoneindicatesthemessage.Textisdisplayed
andyouhavefollowingoptionstouse:Accept,RejectorMENU.Ifyouacceptthealert,nootherservice
fromthispointcaninterrupt.
YoucanstopthealerttonebypressingPTToranyofthesoftkeys.
•Informationphase—youarestillintheCall-Outmodeandyoucanreceivemoredetailinformationabout
theincidentthatoccurredthroughsubsequenttextorthevoicemessage.Youcanqueryformoreinformation
usingvoicegroupcallorCall-Outtextfunctionwhichenablesyoutosendatextmessage.Youcanalways
respondandsendbackthetextorthevoicemessageusingvoicegroupcall.
7.2RUA/RUI
RadioUserAssignment(RUA)andRadioUserIdentity(RUI)enablesauthenticationservice.Onlythesuccessful
logononanytemporaryradio,providesthefullaccessandyourpermanentradiofunctionality,soyoucanbestill
reachedwithyourpermanentnumber.Alogonfailureresultsinlimitedservice.
YoucandifferentiatetheRUA/RUIstatebytheinterfacecolor:
•Blue—youareloggedon
•Gray—youareloggedoff
RadioStates
•FullService—userlogonwassuccessful.Yourradiohasfullfunctionality.
•LimitedService—usernotloggedon.Speciedbytheserviceprovider.
•PseudoLogOn—occursonlyintheLocalSiteTrunking(LST).Youradiohasfullfunctionalityavailable
(dependingontheserviceprovidersettings)exceptsomeserviceslikeforwardingcalls.TheRUIPseudo
LogOniconisdisplayed.
BookOn
Yourserviceproviderassignsparticularradiotoonepersonforapredenedperiodoftime.Youareonlygoingto
seethescreenwithyourloginandthefullserviceisgranted.
