7. Select Properties from the pop-up menu to display the Local Area Connection Properties

window:

8. On the Local Area Connection Properties window, select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) if it is not

selected.

9. Click Properties to display the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window.

10. Be sure Obtain IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically are

selected.

11. Click OK to close the TCP/IP Properties window.
